|Duties:||Responsible for set-up and routine Encompass administrative duties; liaison between software vendor and lending operations. Works with various business units and the IT staff to enhance workflow and efficiencies by leveraging the LOS technology; data input, data integrity, document updates, software updates, 3rd-Party services, and report creation.Support all daily system administration responsibilities associated with Encompass including, but not limited to system setup, user setup, user training, copying loans, case submittal to software vendor, user troubleshooting, software updates and routine maintenance. Maintain a document library, create custom documents, and integrate 3rd party forms as regulatory and business needs may require; Maintain a report library, create custom reports. Create and maintain user system procedures coordinating with user training. Proactively research and locate the necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop, and track problems to resolution. |
|Qualifications:||-5 years mortgage experience required|
-2 years recent Encompass administrator experience
-Knowledge of the Encompass SDK and third party integration is a plus
-Experience Creating Triggers to capture events and apply business rules
-Modifying existing forms to apply custom business logic
-Experience working with the custom form builder to extend the functionality within Encompass
-Experience creating custom reports
-Excellent organizational, data gathering, and follow-up skills.
-Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team
